The (Continuous Quality Improvement), formally titled Special Process: Plating System Assessment (PSA) , is a global standard developed by the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). Launched initially in August 2007, the standard was created to standardize the evaluation of special processes within the automotive supply chain, specifically focusing on plating and protective coating operations.
