Some BGMI versions allow you to edit the UserCustom.ini file on non-rooted phones (requires file explorer access). Set: +CVars=r.PUBGDeviceFPSLow=3 (This is not full iPad view, but increases FOV slightly). It’s safer than a Magisk module.
