If you used the "Upgrade" option and the device loops indefinitely at the startup screen, boot components are conflicting with old cache files. Turn the phone off, then hold Volume Down + Power to execute a hardware button factory data reset. This will clear out the system cache and allow the new firmware to boot cleanly.
