Ensure your PC's Device Manager recognizes the cutter on a valid COM port or USB channel.
Manually copy the FineCut plug-in files ( .aip for Illustrator) from the installation folder into your Illustrator Plug-ins directory. "Unspecified Error" on Windows 10 or 11
