Connect your PSP to a computer via USB or use a card reader. Navigate to the root of the Memory Stick.
Create a folder named "PSP GAMES" on your device storage, and move the extracted .iso or .cso file into this folder. Open PPSSPP: Open the app and navigate to the "Games" tab. Resident Evil 4 Psp Iso Cso.zip
